Medical of Study Visa

Hello People.
I'm a University Transfer perspective to Selkirk College Canada, waiting for my Study Permit aka Student Visa.
And that's where the problem is too. My session starts on 7th September, and I've yet to have my Visa in hand. May be the fact that I applied on 5th july has something to do with it. I know, late and stupid and I also know that it is FAR from the required 10 months at this point in time.
But now, the situation is here and there are a couple of things that I need to be sure of.
Firstly is there any prospect that the CHC would see the eight month permit that I've applied for as the first year has eight months of studies, in the same light as the six month permit, and omit medical in my case considering that the session starts on the seventh of September for the bearer. Or would this be an over-sympathy to expect? (Asking so in the light of the rule that says no medical for courses under six months)
And then secondly, whether it is possible to request the CHC through mail or otherwise as a reminder of the start of session closing in?

1. No, CHC is literal 6 months is 6 months and 8 months is more than 6 months, you need a medical if you are from a scheduled country.
2. You can try, but if you applied late, CHC will not have any sympathy and process your application any faster. They are not your mother, and will not show any mercy.

Thanks for your detailed reply =) I certainly understand that they're neither of my parents. I put forth the query in expectancy of leniency that is practiced a small percentage of times in certain offices, hoping that CHC abode on the list. Anyways, Thankyou.

Hey buddy look at me my classes wl start on 1sep and i didn't get any visa tumhari to fir bhi 7th se hain.

I pray both of our visas don't get so late as to make us miss a big chunk of our course -___-
