In our case, we got an email that there was correspondence for us in gckey. Can't recall if the email also contained the pre-arrival attachment.

Same. Email notification, actual correspondence in gckey. (It's quite the painful thing - adrenaline boost - to get the email and not be sure what it is, then to ahve to type your password properly to get in to gckey to see what it is).
