Medical not updated for 90+ days

I have tried contacting via web-forums, no satisfactory replies.
My medical has been done on July 1st, 2021 which I confirmed is uploaded by the hospital.
Been more than 90 days, I have not received any update other than "We did not receive your required medical results".
