Medical - Non EDE - Worker

Question 1.
My wife and I, went for upfront medical tests yesterday. It got me worried when a receptionist at the hospital was having a trouble choosing what category we belong to. In the end, I have a e-medical test paper for both of us as a Non-EDE - worker. Is it fine?

Question 2.
I haven't done medical for my one year old son. He is a Canadian by birth. Do I need a medical for him too?

1) Yes. Non-EDE, Worker is for skilled worker.

By checking your timeline, I just came to know that you are a CEC applicant.

I'm afraid that I don't know details about CEC. The above info is for FSW.
I don't know whether or not it's applicable to CEC.

Non edge- visitor is written on our medical. We are in CEC and we are living in Canada. Is that ok?

I am bit of a confusion. I thought my son has a canadian passport so I don't need a medical exam for him.

Yes. I understand. That's why I said I don't know about cec stream.
You better be checking it with a cec applicant. He can advise you correctly on this.

Yes, My invitation says I am invitrd under CEC. But I have moved back to India about one and a half years ago.
