Dear Senior / Qorax,,,
Please help me I just notice that we have to sent the letter which is attached on the top of the medicals papers with file number (sticker) is it compulsory to sent this letter that indicate doctor name , date of medicals, and shipping date, to sent / fax to LOCAL CIC office I did'nt sent this letter becasue its in spanish language and just today i translate in english and realize that i have to sent that now please advice me is that important to sent now or just wait. what should I do??? and do we need just doctor name or stamp aswell on this letter.
