If you can legally work in Canada and have the needed Education/skills/licensing you will be able to get a job in Canada. There is a need for medical alb workers in Canada but whether an employer will be willing to go through applying for an LMIA and waiting for someone to possibly get a WP is unclear. You would likely need to be able to be able to work right away for an employer to consider applying for an LMIA and so I would research what is required in terms of education and any forms of licensing in each province to work as a medical lab worker in Canada first.
