Hi PMM

Can you please tell about the medical issue?

If someone have kidney stone or get blood in urine. on that basis it can be problem?

NO....Spouses are medically expemt however if the spouse is a denager to the public health of canada then they would have to be treated a clear before entry to canada is permitted ...So stones will not cause a Problem

This is parent sponsorship case and one of my brother(dependent to mother) has been diagonose that he has small stone in the kidney. and last week he had some blood in his urnie. Please can you comments now?

It still shouldn't be a problem. They are fairly common. He will most likely pass the stone in a few days to a few weeks or it will resolve with competent medical care.

Kidney stones - if that's what the problem is - is a temporary condition, although it can be recurrent. It will not, however, make someone inadmissible to Canada on medical grounds.
