Medical is done, but close to Canada's deadline

Timeframe:
Medical letter received October 18, 2019,
Medical was done on October 28, 2019.
The deadline on the letter is November 18, 2019.

The hospital said it takes about 2 weeks to clear.

Questions.
1. What happens, God forbid, there is a requirement ( by the hospital ) for a retest - most likely with the 2 weeks check, wouldn't we miss the deadline?
2. Shall we contact Canada Immigration to let them know the hospital is taking 2 weeks to verify the test?

The hospital doesn't clear the medical. They submit it to IRCC and a doctor at a Regional Medical Office reviews it.

And if you need a retest or additional testing, they allow extra time for that. The 30 days is for the initial medical tests.
