my wife diagnose with irregular heartbeat during her medical exam, then the panel physician advised her to do ECG and found abnormal on the result (AF with venticular response) 3 days after the panel physician upload all the result to CIC i received an email for additional test for my wife ( Stress test, 2D Echo and 24 hour holter monitoring) and the result for the test ( Stress test- NORMAL, 2D Echo NORMAL, 24 hour Holter monitoring found irregular heartbeat), is this will be a reason of refusal (medical inadmissibility)?, bcoz we all know heart disease treatment is expensive.

Your wife won't be refused for this. Medical inadmisibility does not apply to spouses

She has Atrial Fibrillation. You can look it up. Easily treated with meds and very unlikely to be a reason for refusal.

i read cic website and the only exempt for Medical inadmissibility is the spouse/kids of FAMILY CLASS and REFUGEE PROGRAM, i am under economic class so i am not exempt for this Medical inadmissibility.

You should post in the proper section, since this is the Family Class forum. You should also do a search for medical inadmissibility to see what can be done.

Post your question to the Express Entry section of the forum or to Skilled Workers.

Hi there roman_emperor,
What has happened since?
I'm sponsoring my MIL and she has hypertension and AF and I'm intending to talk to a law firm about that.
