Hello there, all advice and suggestions were very much appreciated. What are the chances that my application to be approved if I will declare my 1 year old child with seizure disorder. Since all your dependents will undergo for medical exam whether they will accompany you to Canada or not. Does my application for express entry will disapprove? What are the possible options I will do in order to get all my dependents with me in the future. Thanks in advance!

Did you reapply or are they just going through previous refusals and sending out passport request out of the blue? Yes you are very lucky since the costs of her care will still be high and special education and therapy related no longer counts towards the cap. Anticipate having to pay out of pocket for some costs due to any developmental delays. The system only gives you so much help and usually there are long waiting lists. Many provinces don't have pharrmacare for children. I would highly suggest only moving your children to Canada once you and your partner have a jobs where at least one of you have extended health benefits.

yes we did ( reapplying for application )
It is true that it cost a lot of money for all the medical assistance of my daughter but our immigration consultant try his best to seek an organization that will give free services to our daughter. My husband works there for 10 years he just renewing his work permit again and again me too i worked as a caregiver before but decided to go back home for my kids i just left canada last year. We already applied for our visa here in our country just waiting for it..

Not sure what province you plan on living in but getting free services that meet all a child's needs seems too good to be true. Most Canadians and PRs with the best insurance end up paying for stuff out of pocket. Does your husband have extended benefits from his work?

yes he have since he is working in the same company eversince and for the insurance we're both have the insurance sorry for the words free services we are willing to spent money for my daughter services just to be with my husband and be one happy family

Just trying to warn you because many have no idea of what might not be covered. Canada is often sold as having free healthcare. A lot less things are covered than most countries in Europe but we are usually compared to the USA. Having extended health benefits through a job allows you to reduce costs for things like medications, therapy, medical devices, etc. Even for the rest of your family not having coverage for dental care, glasses , Rx medications, etc. can be a huge expense if you don't have extended health benefits. Depending on the province you are living in you and you children may have an up to a 3 month wait period until they have health coverage. Hopefully you notified your provincial health agency when you left over a year ago. You should apply for travel medical insurance for that period of time in case your child has an emergency. Good idea to protect all the family because children easily get hurt or sick.

Thanks for your info anyway my husband will take care of it since he's still in Canada and preparing for all we needs and i already told him to make sure that everything is updated from his insurance and also for his benefits..
Thanks and God bless you

Would consider getting informed yourself so you know what is going on and what kind of coverage you have. You can only bring a 90 day supply of Rx medication with you. It must have the pharmacy label (person's name, instruction, doctor's name).
