Medical got approved but no updates afterwards

Hi

I applied for my spouse visa on 28 oct 2022. My medical got updated on 3 November 2022. But after that there is no progress in my application.

What can i do for it?

As the trend is going on spouse visa are coming within 15-21 days. But in my case it already passed 45 days.

Please reply if anyone knows about this.
