Hi everyone,

Does my spouse who applied for visitor visa will be asked for medical test?

Hi,

Not luckily! Unless she already applied for TRV and now applying again. If she’s first time visitor visa applicant I suspect they will ask for medical. But you never know so be prepared.

The thing is I got medical request email today but she did not get such email. What does this mean? Please suggest us.

Sometimes e-mails for medical request are received at different times or days. I think she will get her e-mail request soon.

Did you apply online? Sometimes online applicants used to get medical and passport request at different times for primary applicant and dependents. Hopefully she will get it soon.

Guys I am getting too anxious now..spouse hasn't received medical request yet...i got it Last Friday..what could be the probable reasons? I even sent an enquiry to CIC but no response so far :(

Hi mate. We are slightly in a different situation. My wife who has applied for study permit received her passport request. However myself and our son hasn't received anything. We have all applied together. She is the primary applicant and she has applied OPW for me and TRV for our son.

We have applied online.
