Medical experts attention plz.remedical status in notes-cancelled what it means?

hello evryone plz help me
i'm july 2013 applicant under FAM and remedical was done on 30/5/2014
notes says about remedical status-cancelled...
first medical status-passed

It seems they were going to ask for another medical but have changed their mind on it.

but they update the validity of medical to 13/06/2015

They extended the original one, which they can do if they decide. Be happy they did it, saves you some money and the need to see the doctor again.

can they extend medical for one year??
if they extend old medical then why they requested remedical request 4 months ago????
and my status is not update to medical results have been received even after remedical
