So, my husband got AINP nomination under EDS in September 2016. We submitted PR application on October and our application was started to processing on December 31 2016.
After he was done whit medical excam for work permit he got letter for Health Branch to do more test for his medical condition cuz of TB that he had over 10 years ago and he was injured in war and his long are full of shrapnel. Last x-ray was on October 2017 and he doesn't need to go anymore for examination.
Now thing is that we just got a letter from IRCC and they asked for Medical but just for me (his wife) I'm dependent on his application. Is it possible that this examination are already on file for PR, or officer forgot to link his form for medical?
And their is one more problem I just left Canada in Europe to spend a Christmas whit family and my tiket back is in 1 months now I'm wondering can I do the medical in Europe because application is submitted inland. Will this affect anything? I'm trying to call IRCC but they are so busy can't reach an agent.
Anyone in same situation. This sounds so simple but when is finals steps don't wanna mess it up.
