I know its not entirely relevant here but posting this as it relates with Medical Exams and this thread is very active as compared to other ones

I have applied PR for my 8 month Daughter(born outside Canada) on August 10, 2018 and have received request for medical letter dated 4th Dec 2018. Letter states that medical should be done in next 30 days or IRCC should be informed in case of delay. Currently we are in India for vacation and travelling back to Canada on 3rd Jan 2019. I need help on below 2 scnearios
A) If I decide to postpone, is there any email address I can correspond with IRCC as their phone helpdesk is always busy.
B) Can i get medicals done in one of IRCC Approved center in India? Will it be a problem considering I applied for PR while I was in Canada.

Appreciate feedback\response of the Experts.

I’m pretty sure you can do medicals in any country as long as it is done by approved specialist
