Medical examination

Hi..
I sponsored my wife under family class spouse
We got email for medical examination on 18sep.
After nedical testsThe receipt(which contain photo and barcodes) we got from hospital..do we need to send that receipt to embassy...??
If yes thn how...??
I hv my file no. Bt m unable to link my paper file to online acvount
My lawer said its not neccesary to send that to cic.....bt how can i intimate cic about my medical examination hv done..
Plz guide me how can i send that receipt to cic...
