So I am on the page where you are supposed to find a physician in your area and set an appointment for them on the CICI website, but the dropdown menu is not working. I am using Google Chrome on Mac OS X. Help?

Interesting. Try using IE on, well, Windows. Try Firefox. Try other browsers. If none work, then don't know what to tell you. Btw, just to confirm, this is the weblink for panel physicians you're using, right?

Okay, just tried it myself on Chrome and IE and Microsoft Edge on a Windows 10. The drop-down menu seems to be down, hopefully temporarily. I'm pretty sure it's not just you and me. It seems to be a bug on the CIC's part. Should be fixed within a day or two, hopefully. Meanwhile, if urgent, why not reach out to folks from your country to get hold of a panel physician?

Make a direct search on their website. Eg. India doctor panel etc.

Yes, that was the one I was using. But yeah, it wasn't working on any browser I tried. I tried accessing it with my phone, but the browser kept crashing. I suppose I can wait a day or two, it's not too urgent, my ITA doesn't apply till Jan 11, I think.
