so i received my request for medical examination form buffalo
i received a form (imm 1017) for myself only, do my dependents have to undergo medical examination in the philippines even though they will not accompany me to canada? and their DMP will be the one sending the result to ottawa?

Just received my Medical Request Last Dec. 13 . And it includes all my dependent's MR too. Just email na lang CIC why yung dependent mo wala.
