I'm from India, my finance is working in Canada and holds an Open Work Permit. We are getting married in November, and after marriage I'll apply for my Open work permit. I would like to know if I can undergo medical exams now and upload the medical report along with the application, in order to speed up the process, or should I undergo medical examination after marriage only, once I get a mail from them asking for medical examination.
