Medical Exam

My spouse is doing her medical exam today and the FBI just got the fingerprints today so my question is when the medical office sends the results to Buffalo they will know to keep it tell our application gets there which might take a couple of month or do we have to inform them somehow?

Medical results go to a Regional Processing Centre, not directly to the VO. In your case, that would be Ottawa, I think. When your application is submitted to Buffalo with the copy of the medical exam form, the VO will request the results from the Regional office when they are ready for it.

ok sorry a little big confused so on her medical for should she put in CPC Mississauga or Buffalo for the field that says Visa office** that will be processing the file ?

She puts Buffalo as the visa office.
