Medical Exam

My spouse will be doing the medical exam in the USA where she lives. I live in canada.

The question in the medical exam form that says

Visa office** that will be processing the file

what should she put there?

Put the visa office where her application will ultimately be processed - if she is applying through the US, then probably Buffalo.

well im sending in the final paperwork so wouldnt be in canada?

If it is an outland application, you first send everything to Mississauga, and then they send it on to the visa office responsible for the country of nationality or the country of residence of your wife. Which is Buffalo for the United States.
