I think i asked this before but im hust gonna do it again to make sure i did it ok.
From the medical exam i got one page saying e-medical info and thats it .
Is that enough for to upload in your express entry file documents?
It says worker non-ed

The receipt that they give you is the paper that you scan and upload. If that's the only paper that they gave you then it probably is
