I believe so alak0008. But as canadacec2012 point out, I would wait for the request from CIC. Especially now that the process is changing, and if your application is reviewed post-date, you would probably be asked to redo your medical. Extra costs for no particular reason. Besides, from what I've read on this forum, medicals take anywhere around a week or so to complete, and are thus not an efficiency factor - meaning, time-wise, it is not a significant element to be concerned with, unless the results are conclusive of an issue.
