I am a Kenyan citizen, but i have not lived in Kenya for a while, i do visit for few weeks, last visit was over a year ago. My company wants to transfer me to our Canada offices temporarily. I applied for a work permit, and i have been asked to do a medical exam. Based on the information on CIC website i am exempt from doing medicals exam. I have sent a webform with the same but no response yet. My question is are they able to correct this or they will insist i take medical exam? Just wondering
