Medical Exam for PR Application - Regarding Surgery in Canada!

Hi there!
Im looking for some answers about Medical Exam for PR Application. Overall Im healthy and very fit, I go to the gym regularly for the last 5 years, eat only clean healthy foods, do not smoke or drink! My only problem is that I have bad eyes. My left eye is good but my right one is not so good and can only read first 3 lines if with glasses. Also Im on a waiting list for an eye surgery. Now I dont know what to do about my upcoming Medical Exam for PR?! How can this affect my application? Any help or advice greatly appreciated!!!

I hope eye surgery is not at all a problem. Moreover, The medical exam is to examine whether you have a spreadable disease. Like TB or HIV. Don't worry about your problems. Thank you. I wish you will not have any problem on getting Visa,
