I have already undergone surgery for cataracts a month ago and i'm due to get my last one done on tuesday. I recently went to a walk in clinic to get an approval to see if i was healthy enough to get the cataracts surgery done. I told him i had chronic rheumatoid arthritis but i've not been treated for it for at least two years now. The doctor was quite concerned and thought i should consider getting it checked out at a professional..

Having chronic rheumatoid arthritis in the ankles (which really isn't troubling and haven't done so for two years) and been treated for cataracts surgery won't have an effect of me being failed as being healthy enough to immigrate to Canada?

Since you are being sponsored through the spousal program, no - these health issues won't have any impact on your application.
