Medical exam done but I haven't gotten message from IOM

I've done my medical exam and it's been a week now but I haven't received any updates from IOM as I was told on my appointment date. Is there any problem with that?

And do I have to upload the information sheet given to me also?

You can raise a webform and attach the sheet given to you

For IRCC to pull the medical records & mark it passed, may take few days to weeks to months depending on the nature of the application

You don't get any notification from medical panel, you ned to upload the receipt they give with bar code on it. They will send the reports directly to IRCC. What is basically the use of the barcode is that IRCC can check you results under this barcode on medical panel (told by a medical panel receptionist).
