medical exam / application photos

Alright so I have my medical exam in a few days. They are not a part of the e-medical system so I need to bring in prints. The site says that need to be 1 3/4" by 1 3/8"....walmart passport photo will be 2" by 2" and another place said its 2" by 3" that they print. Normal wallet sized is 2" by 3" is that acceptable??? Where on earth do I find a place that creates pictures 1 3/4" by 1 3/8"??

Also I saw the resizing site which is great, but my printer at home sucks so buying nice paper and printing it myself doesn't seem like an option.
