Posts on this site provided a lot of relief for me while waiting on my medical exam decision and overall PR results. To give back, I wanted to post in hopes that this helps someone in the future as well, since I just got my PR last week.
Here is all the conditions I have had or have and have disclosed in my medical exam:
- ADHD - not on meds
- Generalized anxiety disorder - not on meds
- Childhood asthma and childhood seizures/epilepsy
- Keratoconus/astigmatism (including a corneal crosslinking procedure performed on me a few years ago). I do have 20/20 vision in general after all these.
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis (on medication for that)
They never asked about any details or more documentation and my PR was issued without a problem. The medical itself was approved a month after submitting the application. During the medical exam, the doctor just asked me basic questions about all of these and seemed not to care much.
I applied via PNP EE based on my occupation and job.
