Medical done n RPRF paid. Is there any chance to reject d application.Pls advis

I have done my medical tests on 23rd November, 2009 n paid RPRF on d same. After that no response from the CHC, Singapore.
1. Shud I send email to them requesting my current status???
2. Is there any chance to reject my application though I have done my medicals n paid RPRF?
3. What does it mean after medical request? Is all of my background check completed?
4. How long it may take for PPR?
