Hi, my medical was done between ITA and AOR, and so far the client portal and the GCMS notes didn't indicate it being expired or in need of a re-med. Apologies if I missed previous answers/explanations to this question. Is this what they called upfront? Will it expire in one year or it depends? Please kindly advise. Thanks!
