Medical documents received means all other previous documents are approved

Can any one tell me that if i receive medical documents it means all other previous documents which i submitted was approved successfully, because medical is the last stage

Pk09 is right.

What I know is After medical is the security check, and in 3 months you should receive approval letter and passport request.
