Medical Concern: Hepatitis B (healthcare worker)

Good day!
I don't know if any of you guys have the same dilemma, I and a healthcare worker (RN) with Chronic Hep B infection. When my family migrated to Canada I remember they never tested us for Hep B just aids, syphillis cxr. I I try to apply now will they test me for hepatitis B? or the medical exams are same as before.
By the way I was denied from Provincial Nominee program because of age reasons at the time.
