Hi I’m hoping someone can advise me on the following.
• got a request for my medical on 27th November 2018
• completed medical on 29th November 2018
• Medical results submitted by panel physician on the 30th November.
I’ve confirmed with the medical office on 4 occasions that they submitted the Medical results.
My CIC account still shows ‘your action is required’ it’s been 4 weeks since the medical was submitted. I email a CES this is the response I got:
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We verified the information on file and can confirm that your medical examination results were not received by the responsible office yet.
If you would like to send them to us again, we invite you to:

- Fill out the IRCC Web form and include your documents. It will be our pleasure to forward them to the office processing your file, or
- Send them by mail to the responsible office.
