This is the first time for me to write down words here.
I don't know much about the immigration stuff and I desperately need you guy's help.
Would you mind to look at my status and share any idea or experience you have ?
It will be really much appreciated.
Time line.
First Medical check is done : 26th Aug. 2017
Received Furtherance request : 1. Sep. 2017
* we have 90 days to comply this request (new specialist report)
Nomination(Ontario) : 17th Sep. 2017
Visited Panel physician for furtherance : 12th Sep. 2017
IMM 5794 which I believe AOR.(received) : 30th Sep. 2017
IMM 5739 - BOWP application submitted: 2nd Oct. 2017
PGWP(previous work permit) expired on 16th Oct. 2017
OHIP expired on 16th Oct. 2017
Current status : Implied status without any permit. 25th Oct. 2017.
**Situation : My daughter has minor heart defects since she was born. (we already uploaded cardiologist's report which we got on June 2016)
We have the specialist back home. (next schedule to see him on June 2018, and last time we saw him on Jun 2016) IRCC requested furtherance due to my daughter's heart condition.
When we saw the panel physician for the furtherance, he said it is too difficult to find the pediatric cardiologist who is willing to take our case, because our case is not the urgent and so on..
I checked with him a few times after for any updates and he is still saying he needs more time to find.
We have been awaiting for over a month now.
**My questions are;
1. Does IRCC take the specialist who was referred by Family doctor.?
2. Is it good idea send a letter that I write down about 'Our specialist said that she does not need surgery and even if she needs it in the future, we are going to go back home country and take a surgery there, not in Canada. '
and send supporting documents which we have government and private insurance back home?
if so, how could I send this and to whom ?
3. Is it OK this waiting time passes 90 days limit on furtherance request?
4. Is it going to affect on either BWOP, or PR application?
Do you guys have any idea how bad is going to be ?
**Our approach :
1. Contact with Family doc for the referral .(haven't seen him yet)
2. Asking panel physician for the updates regularly.
3. Have a plan to go back home to take the Ultrasound test once we get BOWP.
4. Tried to upload letter with documents that saying we have the specialist and government and private insurance back home. (physician refused to upload file to e-medical portal)
