Hi there my common law partner has a big medical issue and this is the reason my pr is taking so long hte panel physician is suggesting him to undergo angioplasty and its a high risk and involved huge money to do the pr9cedure.Is is posible to cancel him from my application and what posible will happen to my a0plication.

No - you can't remove your common law partner from your application. If you want your application to be approved, both of you have to pass the medical.

If you removed him from your application, then he would be banned forever to be sponsored by you under family class.
