Hi, my boyfriend saw on the CIC website that he needs medical assesments of all family members for him to come to Canada under the conjugal partner class. Is this true? I didn't think so. His family does not know he will be coming to Canada to get his PR card and it is only him coming alone.

Principal applicant and all his/her dependents must pass medical examination even if they are not accompanying. If your boy friend does not have any dependent children then he will need it for himself only.
