1. It is unlikely that you would qualify as a skilled worker in either FSW 1, 2, or 3, as you have not worked as a physician as yet and to qualify in FSW 1 you require at least one years experience in the "list" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/backgrounders/2008/2008-11-28a.asp and it would have to have been as a specialist physician.
2. You should note that foreign trained physicians have a great difficulty in qualifying to practise in Canada. Less than 10% are able to get a residency after passing the exams.
