Mechanical Design Engineer Chance of Nomination

I am 37 years old and have 11 years of experience in Mechanical product design from India. Major skills are CAD(catia & proe), plastic component design, new product development etc. I have degree in engineering from Mumbai University.
What are my chances of getting nominated in PNP programs?
I heard mechanical engineers are not high demand or shortage occupation so chances are very less. Please guide.

If applying through express entry are you even eligible? Do you meet the minimum requirements even to put in a profile for nomination?

If not going through EE, you need to look at provinces where you don’t need a job offer. Your profession is licensed so you may need that as as a prerequisite.

Without job offer and EE, is there any way I can apply?

If you aren’t eligible for Express Entry, you have to apply by paper through each province where you are eligible. Have you done any research on Express Entry and PNP. If not, read through the immigration website.
