Y u need University Sealed Envelops ????????????/

Always people using the word " all the education document sent in university-sealed envelopes "

Not neccassary to send edu docs in seal env

it is written in new delhi visa norms that all edu. transcripts(marksheets) must be in uni. sealed envelope.

get your transcripts certified by university/college, put it in envelope, seal it and again stamp it using univ./college stamp..

this is what it means... for CHC-ND... dont know about other CHCs

@poison

As auditor explained envelopes are sealed by University

They put univ stamp on all joints so that if applicant or anyone else tries to tamper with t same can be detected

I have got the transcripts from my University in a University Envelope,But the University didnt seal it or sign it ,in any way.
I myself sealed the envelope with a tape from all possible openings of envelope.
The envelope also shows the University name, address etc etc,but they havent written anything for the "TO" address

Something wrong in it??

I gues what they are looking for envelope directly from Unive w/o applicant intervention. Thats why sealed envelope is required

Thats right Ankit.W/o appliacant intervention.

But do you guys think that my Unveristy Envelope will be considered.I have taped it myself and there is no Canadian Office Address marked on the envelope.

I am not sure, but if it looks like sealed by univ it may work. Is it possible wor you to get it stamped from University at the joints

Hey Ankit

My friends who got the Transcripts for me from the University tried few times with the Babus to get it signed by them, but they were adamant on not signing or even sealing the envelope.

So i guess this is it.As far as pasting is concerned,i have tried to make it look as legible as possible.

Agreed... this is what I did... got my transcripts certified from college where I studied (affiliated to University), got it sealed in front of signing authority... then asked him to put stamps on all joints and over the stamps I got his signature as well...
