hello everyone . Here I'll tell you the different messages sent by the visa officer and what does they mean
1. File forwarded to the visa office____
This means that your file has been received by the vfs and it has been forwarded to the concerned visa office. You get this message in the first week after the submission of file.
2.file is being processed at the visa office___
Right after the 1st message you get this and it means that you file has reached the visa office for the processing. You can get this message in 7-10 days.
3. After that you get a APPLICATION number and UCI number from the embassy via your email id that you gave. It can take up to 2 weeks or in some cases more than that. THIS MESSAGE MEANS THAT YOU FILE IS OFFICIALLY BEIN PROCESSED BY CONCERNED VISA OFFICE.
4. After that your medical gets updated and sometimes you receive mail for that also.
Note- From the time of getting uci and application number to getting visa approved it can take up to 3 weeks. Just keep calm and pray
