I am filling out form imm5532e "relationship information and sponsorship evaluation." We are applying for my husband (American) to come to Canada. My husband lives in USA so we are applying for outland sponsorship (i believe?).
Anyways, I have reached Part C, Question 4 which asks, since we aren't living together, have we visited each other?

The answer is a resounding yes. We have been married for 5 years (together for 9 years) and we have visited each other A LOT. Like, at least 5 times (or more) per year since 2012. My question: do I need to write down the exact dates of visiting for the past 9 years?? There are only 5 boxes included for the visiting details. Thanks in advance

You can add a letter of explanation if needed. That is of you think the form doesn't let you show enough detail or some dates not known, just explain - briefly and simply - to make it clear.

Not sure if I did the right thing, but since you want to provide more evidence you could do what I did.

So I got an extra sheet drew a table and provided the rest of the info which I could not fit in the sheet, due to lack of boxes. If incase you do that title it with a bold subject and let it be clear it's a continuation of that form. Not sure if it's the best solution. But also could include an explanation letter to the additional sheet why you did that, even though I ddnt explain.
