Hello,
Am graduated in MTech in 2014. Then worked for 2 years as Assistant Professor in Engineering College. Thereafter till now am working as a Program Manager at a government project. Now for my career MBA is must. And am planning for MBA from CANADA. But few agencies told me that as there is 6-7 years of experience and since I had completed MTech chances of Visa rejection is high and wont be able to reach Canada.
Is it true? Can anyone help in this context.

No, this isn't necessarily true. Taking a second Master's is much better for your profile than a post graduate diploma.

Agents sometimes get payments from colleges for recommending them. This is why they may be telling you the MBA is a bad idea and telling you to go for a PGD instead. You don't need an agent to apply. You can apply on your own.

Pick an MBA from a good school in Canada, include an LOE to explain why the MBA is important in your career now.
