I wanted to apply for the pr but, I heard that MBA degree earned from India isn't evaluated as masters by WES. Is this true?

Mostly yes. Unless it's a 2 year course from IIMs, WES seems to be considering them as a PG diploma. Try evaluating from other agencies

Thanks for your reply. I heard that WES is quicker (result in about a month or less) whereas, others might take upto 6 months to evaluate. Is this true?

WES is quicker but Indian evaluations take longer than required. Some agencies are taking 6 months processing time right now

WES takes minimum 35 days to send the report once all the required documents are received. The delay usually happens during document receiving stage. Some universities in India also have a extra verification step, where WES reaches out to the university directly to confirm the transcripts or degree. The overall process with WES takes between 2 to 4 months for Indian evaluations.
Other agencies take upto 6 months or more.
