I saw on CIC website if u enter a masters degree course will add more points, so how to prove it!
Also what if i want to take my MBA from Canada ?!

You will need to provide transcripts from your University and maybe a copy of your diploma as well.

Simply entering the program is not enough. You need to have at least 1 year of study towards your Master's degree.

I imagine that it probably needs to be assessed, the same as your other education. I think WES has an option that assesses individual courses rather than entire degrees.
Perhaps seniors can confirm.

Getting a degree from Canada will not increase your CRS any more than having the same degree from a foreign country.
Completing a degree in Canada will make you eligible for a Post Graduate Work Permit, though.
