One of my friend suggested me to do MBA in canada to try for manager designation as I have 4 years experience in software development and testing. Is it right choice to do MBA? If so what course matches my profile? I have an idea of doing MBA IT or MBA in Management of innovative and new technology. Please guide me in this case. Doing Phd after MCA might be a good decision only in case of research. But I wanna work after completing my course. As a MCA graduate do I have the eligiblity to continue MBA? Can anyone help me! I need advice on this. I just wanna change my designation to managerial level. Will it help me?
