Hi all,

I have a question about preparing for employment records.
Can I submit offer letter instead of employment letter? Offer letter contains job duty, work type, salary etc. I also had signature on it to accept this offer. In addition, have provided pay stub and employment information form as well as my work ID card. All the information that I provide should sufficiently support that this position is real.
I know it will be better to have a reference letter from my current employment. But my employer is not aware of this PR application.
I really hope these documents will be g ood for application. Any comments are welcome!
Thank you so much!

Technically, yes, but you should have an LOE with a really good reason why you haven't asked or tried to get a letter. Can a colleague write you a letter without your boss knowing as well?
