There are several immigration tracks you can look into at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp. Look into the first four categories and see if you qualify somehow. Good luck!
i need detailed guideline about the immigration procedure
thank you for your kind response to me.. i am going to apply for skilled worker category. i have qualified eligibility assessment. i got the degree MSc hons in agriculture, serving in private sector since 2009 beside this my spouse holding the degree of master in English and she is a lecture at Govt. College.
Brother please brief me about the details, what should i do from the beginning.

You should read through the information on the link provided by Empirical-Scientist above to see if you qualify for immigration and if so, through which program (note that to qualify for the Federal Skilled Worker program, you'll need a job offer in Canada).
