Anybody got PPR ? I completed medicals on Nov 15 2014. Status is Medicals received? Did anyone get PPR?

Hi,
I'm June 14 applicant. Completed my medicals on 19th nov and report was sent by doctor using E-med to visa office. So far no update on my ECAS and still waiting for next communication from VO. May I know after how many days the 3rd line appeared on ur ECAS?
