There is an information session that will be held in Lagos on the 20th of july and 27th of july. I got an email from a friend who use them. the firm is MOAF Consulting. immigration@moafconsulting.com my friend is on his way to Canada on a study permit. They do all kinds. an information session like this will help you get all the information you need. I hear the lady is very nice too. it is cheaper to go to this session than book a personal meeting. just try it. I did. and I am also attending.
